Preparation of the agreed drawing package, with application support and any further specialist input defined before work begins.

Tell us what you would like to change
Send the property postcode, a few photographs and a short description of your ideas. Include any existing drawings or previous application information. We can then discuss the scope, whether a visit is needed, and the fee for the work.
We also offer permitted development checks, lawful development certificate and prior approval application support. The appropriate route is considered for the individual project.
